At ThuisTestShop we strive to give you the best customer experience. If there is any reason why you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will do everything we can to solve the problem together with you.
You have the right to revoke the agreement within 14 days without giving any reason and to return your purchase. The revocation period expires 14 days after the day on which you have the test in your possession. This is the day on which you or a third party designated by you - who is not the carrier - physically receives the test(s).
Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order if you decide to return a test. You can do this by sending us an email to 'info@thuistest.shop'. In it, you state the reason for cancelling the purchase. Also state your order number.
Once your return has been approved, please carefully package the test(s) in the original packaging, if possible. Make sure the test(s) are well protected to prevent damage during transit. Any accessories and manuals should also be returned.

Please ensure that the return is clearly stamped and use a sturdy box to send the test(s). We recommend choosing a shipping method that allows you to track your return, so you can be sure that it reaches us.
Once we receive your return, we will inspect it for any damage or signs of wear that may reduce the value of the test(s). We aim to process returns within 10 business days of receipt.
If the return is approved, we will refund all payments you have made up to that point. This includes standard delivery costs for the outward journey. This will be done using the same payment method you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise. Please note that the refund will be made within 14 days of receipt of the return.
